Charges:
-Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with
our acknowledgement before specified date of each season

* Peak Season : 40 days prior to the arrival
date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 30 days prior to the arrival
date, Subject to 30% for late Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 20 days prior to the arrival date,
Subject to 10% for late Cancellation Fee.
If you wish to cancel your
booking before the cancellation due date specified in
the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of
up to 1,000 Baht.
For any Cancellation /
Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted
plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Full prepayment within 7 days prior to arrival date.
