Child Policy:

Special Privileges for Suite rooms and Pool Villa
Welcome seasonal fruit and flowers. A choice of newspaper, English or Thai. Complimentary late check out until 16.00 hrs.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy :
- Normal Season (6 Jan - 31 Oct) : Less than 10 Days prior to arrival, One Night room charge will be applied.
- High Season (1 Nov - 19 Dec ) : Less than 25 days prior to arrival, one night room charge will be applied.
- Peak Season (20 Dec - 5 Jan) : Cancellations on or between 6 Dec and 15 Dec, Two Nights will be charged.
On or after 16 Dec or no show, 100% cancellation charge will apply.
No Show Policy: 100% charge.
