Child Policy:
- Extra Bed - Chid (under 12) Free
- Children between the age of 2 and 12 years old will Not be charged for the extra bed and receive a 50%. Discount off the meal rates shown above
- Baby Cot is free of charge (Subect to availability)
Bangkok Transfer:
- Private Car Limousine : 3,500 Baht / Way (Maximum 2 Persons).
- Private Van Limousine : 4,500 Baht / Way (Maximum 7 Persons).
No pet is allowed
Cancellation Policy :
- Normal Season (6 Jan - 31 Oct) : Less than 10 Days prior to arrival, One Night room charge will be applied.
- High Season (1 Nov - 19 Dec ) : Less than 25 days prior to arrival, one night room charge will be applied.
- Peak Season (20 Dec - 5 Jan) : Cancellations on or between 6 Dec and 15 Dec, Two Nights will be charged.
On or after 16 Dec or no show, 100% cancellation charge will apply.

Conditions:

No extra charge for children under 12 years occupying the same room with their parents. Maximum 2 children per room.
50% discount on meal rates only for child under 12 years old.
Full prepayment within 10 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge..
Late Cancellation: less than 21 days pior 1-night room rate charge
