 Meal Rates (per person): Meal rates are in Thai baht and applicable government tax. Meals based on table D' hotel unless otherwise stated. Meals rate excluded soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverage.

- Reservation Policy: Full prepayment within 15 days before arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
- Cancellation Policy: at least one-night room rate will be charged.
 Cancellation/Amendment Policies:
 Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement or email to us within 25 days prior to arrival date.   Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge 100% of total payment.

The Duen shine Resort and Hotel is Situated 130 kms. at Kanchanaburi province land of only small amount of people west of the busting city of Bangkok and is on the river bank of the famous River Kwai, a mere short Journey to the bridge. The Resort and Hotel is surrounded by 15 areas of lush. It is a complete relaxation and a great get away from it all for families and couples and these who seek complete tranquility.

The Duen Shine Resort and Hotel offers two types of accommodations. One can choose to stay in an individual cottage or in a low raised modern building. Each cottage and bedroom has modern amenities and are fully air-conditioned, which may be found in any four-star city hotel. Amenities include IDD telephone, satellite TV, Bathroom shower, and refrigerator.

 Duen Shine Resort provides free rafting for our guest in the evening. Enjoy sight seeing along Kwai River through the River Kwai Bridge and listening to soft musics on the way. Guest can order foods and drinks and have dinner on the raft.

For a working environment, the resort provides three seminar rooms fully equipped to cater banquets and meeting for 30 to 200 persons.

For the group, the resort provides walk rally activities, camping, and rafting for dinner.

Resort can arrange for all Thai and foreigner wedding ceremony.
