Late Check-out is subject to room availability on the date of
departure. Late Check-out Between 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm will
be charged at 50 % of the rate, after 4.00 pm will be charged at
full rate , unless specified otherwise by hotel in writing. |

-Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is
confirmed.

terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice. |

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with
our acknowledgement within 10 days before date of arrival ,
cancellation after that is non refundable.
-No show:
total payment will be charged.
-If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is
less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
-For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment
through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
-No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
