Check out time: -
Confirmed room will usually be available for occupying after 2:00
p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check - out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12.01 hours to 6:00
p.m. on the day of
departure will be charged at 50% of the contract rate. Rooms
occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate.
Unless specified in writing by the hotel Early check out
: Will be charged one additional night.
Child Policy:
- Up to 2 children under the age of 8 are
accommodated for free in their parent or grandparent bedroom and
their buffet breakfast taken with their parents or grandparents are
free. Upon availability of existing bedding in the room booked.
Reservation Policy:
- All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card
(visa/master card only).
Full prepayment within 25 days
prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is
confirmed.
Cancellation must be made in
written notice or email to us within 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the
period will be charged for peak and festival season and 1-night room
rate for other seasons.
