  • This Rate is based on room only if you would like to combine breakfast into the package for your guest (s), our breakfast is 130 baht / meal / person. 
  • The above rates are excluded of 7% VAT. and Breakfast.
  • We provide unlimited Free internet access for all guests.
  • Joiner Fee is 800 Baht / night / person for single bed studio only.
  • Cancellation must be informed in writing or email within 20 days prior to arrival date, otherwise one night room rate will be charged.
  • No show, one-night room rate up to total payment will be charged.  We reserve the right to release the room booking if you do not checkin before midnight of the check-in date except prior notice.
  • Check-out Time 12:00 noon. In case you will be requiring a late check out time, please inform our front desk in advance.
