Our single bed studios allow only 1 registered guest / room, and our double and twin bed studios allow only 2 registered guests /room.
Additional persons must be charged at 800 Baht per night. Please pay the following morning.
Housekeeping service is done from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please turn your sign to "Do not disturb"
Joiner Fee = 800 Bht/night
Laundry: 1,500 Bht/60 pieces and 40 Bht/piece.
Cancellation must be informed in writing or email within 20 days prior to arrival date, otherwise one night room rate will be charged.
No show, one-night room rate up to total payment will be charged. We reserve the right to release the room booking if you do not checkin before midnight of the check-in date except prior notice.
Check-out Time 12:00 noon. In case you will be requiring a late check out time, please inform our front desk in advance.
