Meal Rates:
- ABF 150 Bht/person.
- Lunch 250 Bht/person.
- Dinner 300 Bht/person.
Children Policy: Children under 12 years old (maximum 2) sharing the same room with parents. There are will be no additional charge will be made. ABF will be 60 Bht net. Other meals will be entitled to a 50% discount.

Check out time is 12.00 noon. We charge half day charge to 6.00 p.m. & full day thereafter.
Cancellation of the booking within 15 days before check-in date is fee of charge, if later than 15 days, we reserve a right to charge up to 50% of full amount.
No show: total payment is charged.
Payment by visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
