bullet All the above rates are in Thai Baht, subject to 10% Service Charge plus government tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
bullet Minimum stay of 4 consecutive nights is required for bookings falling between 29 Dec 07 - 1 Jan 08.
bullet One night non-refundable deposit is required by 30 SEP 04.
bullet Full non-refundable prepayment is required by 15 NOV 04.
bullet Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
bullet A 100% cancellation penalty is applicable for all bookings falling on any dates from 30 DEC 04 - 01 JAN 05 (inclusive) regardless of start date. Amendments to bookings which fall over 30 DEC 04 and 01 JAN 05 inclusive, are not subject to cancellation penalty if the new booking dates fall within 3 days of the oriental booking's arrival date (space offered subject to availability).
bullet Gala Dinner on 31 DEC 07 is compulsory for hotel guests and to be taken at one of the hotel outlets. Dinner reservations must must be made and paid at the same time when making room reservations.
Please note: Terrace bookings are on a "joiner basis" and the hotel will allocate seating on a first come, first serve basis:
- The Riverside Terrace @ Baht 16,000 net, child 10,500 Bht.
- Lord Jim's @ Baht 15,000 net.
- Le Normandie @ Baht 18,000 net.
- Terrace Rim Naam @ Baht 9,100 net, child 5,700 Bht.
- The China House  @ Baht 7,200 net.
The rates are per person and inclusive of service charge and VAT, no other government tax included.
bullet The cost for Gala Dinner is to be paid by 30 SEP 07 and is non-refundable if either the room or dinner reservation is cancelled.
