Terms & Conditions:

• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of breakfast, service charge and government tax.
• Check in time: 14.00 hrs. Check Out time 12.00 hrs.
• Extra Time
  - Check out time 12.00 (noon)
  - Check out before 6.00 p.m. half price of rate will be applied.
  - Check out after 6.00 p.m. full rate of rate will be applied.
• Child Policy
  - There is no charge for children under 12 years sharing room with parents. (maximum of 1 children per room) without extra bed.
  Child Breakfast
  - 1-5 years free of charge.
  - 6-12 years to be charged at Bht. 100 net per person per day.
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
• No show : 1 night room rate will be charged
• Reservation Policy: full prepayment within 20 days prior to arrival date or 30 days after the booking date, whichever is sooner.
• Payment Policy: visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
