• The Above rates are inclusive of service charge and VAT.
• Meal Rates:

• Child Policy (year round for all markets)
  - Children below 12 years of age stay free in parent's room (maximum 2 children) on room only without extra bed if extra bed is required extra bed rate will apply.
  - 2nd room for children below 15 years of age, 50% discount on room rates.
  - Plaza Suite rate can be used for Family room up to 2 adults and 2 children aged maximum 12 years sharing same suite with  2 extra beds, room only in the sitting room.
• Special Family Plan (year round for Worldwide markets and Internet, Except Special Market rate)
  - 2 nd room for children below 15 years of age, 50% discount on room rates
  - Plaza Suite rate can be used for Family room up to 2 adults and 2 children aged maximum 12 years sharing same suite with 2 extra beds, room only, in the sitting room.
• Family Plan: no charge will be made for children under 12 years of age, occupying the parents room and not requiring an extra bed, up to a maximum of two children per room. children's breakfast is not included, and is to be paid directly to the hotel.
• Special Club Benefits

• Check in / Check out:
  - Check in time is 14.00 hours on the day of arrival. Access to rooms prior to 14.00 hours is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranted unless a prior night has been booked.
  - Check out time is 12.00 hours on the day of departure. Late check out up to 18.00 hours will be charged at 50%.For check out after 18.00 hours a full night rate will apply.
• Cancellation Policy:
  Any cancellation must be made within specified 35 days prior to arrival date, cancellation after that is non refundable.
• No Show Full Charge.
• Master and VISA Cards are accepted without additional 3.5% charge.
