The Imperial Queen's Park Hotel has a total of 1,287 luxurious well-appointed guestrooms including 200 deluxe suites, ranging in size from 80 square meters with one bedroom to a Penthouse of 750 Square meters with three bedrooms.

The Imperial Queen's Park Hotel has two separate towers - The Imperial Club Tower and the Queen's Park Tower catering to business and leisure travelers on the one hand and groups on the other. There are three executive floors with private butler, an executive lounge and a business center with private meeting rooms. There is also a luxurious 550 square meter Imperial Club Lounge with fully equipped business center with meeting rooms. Non-smoking floors are also available.

   • Child Policy:
      - Maximum one child under 12 years old stays free with paid adults using existing bedding Breakfast for child less than 12 years will be charged with 50% discount from normal breakfast rate.
   • Cancellation and No show Policy:
       -All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 45 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
       -No show: total payment will be charged.
       -If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
       -For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
       -No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
    • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed. Full prepayment within 7 days prior to arrival date.
