• Meal rates are exclusive of soft drink, beer, and alcoholic beverages. Children 's meals will be offered at 30% discount for children aged 12 and below.
• Child Policy: Maximum one child less than 12 years of age can stay free of chage in a room occupied by the parents , using existing bedding. There will be an additional charge for a rollaway bed or cot, if required. Breakfast (for 1 child) is included, free of charge, when dining with their parents.
• Checkin time: 13:00 hrs (upon room available), Checkout time: 11:00 hrs any extension after 12:00 noon will be levied at 50% of room rate.  Extension till 18:00 hrs will be charged at a full day rate.
• Cancellation must be informed in writing or email within 7 days prior to arrival date, otherwise one night room rate will be charged.  Any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement.  Failure to do so, we consider it as no cancellation.
• No show, total payment will be charged.  We reserve the right to release the room booking if you do not checkin before midnight of the check-in date except prior notice.
• Visa/Master is accepted with 3.5% bank service charged.
