• Family Policy:
  - Child 12 years old or above is considered as adult.

  - Children meal is 50% off adult price.
  - An infant under 2 years using a baby cot is free of charge.
  - If your family consist of 2 adult and 2 children (must be below 12) please book at least a "Triple Room"

• Cancellation must be informed in writing or email to us within 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise one night room rate will be charged. In case of late cancellation and no show we reserve a right to charge 1 night room rate.
• No show, one-night room rate up to total payment will be charged.  We reserve the right to release the room booking if you do not check in before midnight of the check-in date except prior notice.
• Check-out Time 12:00 noon. In case you will be requiring a late check out time, please inform our front desk in advance.
