Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation must be made in written notice to us within 15 days prior to arrival date. The sooner the better. Late cancellation between 5 days to 15 days will cause us to charge 50% of the total payment. Less than 5 days, we reserve a right to charge the whole payment.
However, there is a plus of 3.5% cancellation fee, applicable with all cancellations.
No show:
Total payment is charged with any case.
Payment by visa/master card is acceptable plus 3.5% service charge.
General Information for monthly:
- Full furnished, daily room cleaning and change of towel bedding
- Free used of fitness, swimming pool, Suana room, Steam room.
- Monthly rates are include taxs, service charge 10% and 7% vat.
- 1 bedroom /2 persons stay, 2 bedrooms/4 persons stay
- Internet service are available for daily and monthly ( exclude of room rental)
- Extra bed 350 baht/Day/person. ABF 200 baht/person
- Monthly rate are exclusive of electricity 4.50 baht/unit +7% vat
- Pre termination/early check out can not be permitted in the case of monthly or long term rates. The rental charge for full month will be paying.
