Children's Policy
- A child aged 0-11 stays free of charge in the room when sharing with parents. Maximum 2 children (0-11 years old ) sharing with their parents are allowed in Deluxe Room, Junior Suite. Deluxe Suite and Dream Suite.
Check In/ Check Out time
-Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 at noon. For late check out to 18:00 hours, day use contract rate will be applied. If the guest checks out after 18:00 hours, one full day charged will be applied.
Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice by email or fax with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: at least one night room rate is charged.
Payment Policy :
Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
