Remarks:

• The Room and Meal Rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% Service charge and 7% Government tax
• Should the Thai Baht fluctuate against the US Dollar more than 10% and / or the tax percentage on room / meal rates be changed by the government, the Hotel reserves the right the adjust the rates accordingly. The Meal Rates defined exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverages.

• Children under 12 years old sharing same room with parents, one extra bed is FOC on room
• Maximum two (2) breakfast for One Bedroom, and four (4) breakfast for Two Bedroom
• Period of occupancy :
  Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2:00 pm. on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6:00 pm. will be charged at the full rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing by the Hotel.
• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice by email or fax with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: at least one night room rate is charged.
• Payment Policy :
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
