This spectacular waterfall is located in the Umphang Wildlife Sanctuary and can be visited only from November through May. Would - be visitors to the waterfall and wildlife sanctuary are recommended to enquire first with the TAT office in Tak  Tel : (055) 514-341-3 for information regarding travel conditions and camping opportunities.

Hello,
we're coming to Thailand from the 18th november to the 15th december, we are very interested on coming visiting these falls, where can we stay over night and what is the best way from Chiang Mai to go there.

You may buy a tour package at Chiangmai.
Ortherwise, you may catch a bus to Aung-phang (a district of Tak province). You may stay a night here and get up early by Songtaew to Tesolu.

I forget to tell you that most of tourists prefert to take a rafting to Telsolu waterfall than by Songtaew (mini-bus).
