speed ferries shall not be entitled to any responsibility for any delay in
timing as a result of weather conditions.

Cancellation:
Guest must
inform of any Cancellation by Phone, Fax or e-mail at lease 1 day before the
tour departure. A 100% penalty is charged if cancelled less than 1 day before
the tour.
No Show:
If guest do
not show for tour they will be charged full price.
- A full refund will be given for extreme Weather Conditions (Heavy Rain or
Stong Wind) if the date of the trip cannot be changed
