Cancellation:
Guest must inform of any Cancellation by Phone, Fax or e-mail at lease 1 day
before the tour departure. A 100% penalty is charged if cancelled less than 1
day before the tour.

If guest do not show for tour they will be charged full price.
A full refund will be given for extreme Weather Conditions
(Heavy Rain or Stong Wind) if the date of the trip cannot be
changed.
Koh Tao or Tao Islands consists of two
major islands: Koh Tao and Koh Nangyuan.They are 110 kms from Baan Don, Suratthani; 45 kms from Koh
Phangan.
How to get here is not so difficult like the old days.It is mostly advised that you travel from Tha Yang Pier,
Chumphon Province.The
pier is 9 kms from Chumphon Downtown.

to Koh Tao
From Bangkok - Bus
Route: Bangkok -
Chumphon
Buses from the main
Southern Bus Terminal in Bangkok ("sai dai") leave
every hour from 6am - 10pm. The journey takes around
8-9 hours.
From Bangkok - Train
Route: Bangkok -
Chumphon
The far better
alternative is to take the overnight
Sleeper-Train from Hualumphong Station in
Bangkok. For around $US 10 you will get your own
bed, a food cart/menu and can stretch your legs
whenever you feel like it.
If you leaving before 7.30pm, you will arrive in
Chumphon in time to catch all the boats to Koh
Tao.
