Located outside of Pai town on the same route to Mae Paeng waterfall, Wat Nam Hoo is known in name of its sacred ‘Pra Singha’-style Buddha image, called "Un Mueang". The buddha image is enshired inside the hall but having water permeating from the head part. It is sacred by the local people.

Princess Prasuphankanya, elder sister of the great King Naraesuan, in Ayutthaya time.
It is said that her bones have been kept in the pagoda behind the vihara.

Nowadays, the temple is gaining more popularity than the last 7 years from my observation.
This may be because of Pai itself attracting more Thai tourists.
